With the incoming winter storm, we want to reassure our families and the Heartland community that our residents at Heartland Rehabilitation and Care Center are safe, warm, and well cared for.

Our team has proactive plans in place to ensure uninterrupted care, adequate staffing, and essential supplies. We are also deeply grateful to our local partners who are helping our dedicated staff safely get to and from work so our residents continue receiving the compassionate care they deserve.
