Alzheimer’s and other types of dementia should be assessed as early as possible! Job Opening :

Accepting resumes for office manager/personal assistant position at Saline Psychological Services.

Pay between $18-20 an hour, based on experience. 40 hours a week during regular business hours. Primary duties include: managing appointments, preauthorizing insurance coverage, billing, and personal assistant-type errands. Must have reliable transportation. Those with a medical office background and good knowledge of insurances are preferred. Must be a quick learner and organized. Good multi-tasking is essential. Must be responsible with money and willing to keep office clean. Other tasks will be assigned but could include event planning, decorating, etc.

The office manager must be able to handle stress and be assertive when needed. I'm needing someone who is willing to stick around and grow with my clinic. Raises are expected with proven performance. I’m we are a really tiny buisness, so I don’t yet offer medical insurance, etc- but I’m willing to explore options for the right person. This is not the job for you if you frequently run late or need lots of time off.
