Here is some intercostal k tape work I did a few days ago for this client. We also added a touch of hot stone for relaxation as well! When one of your ribs moves out of its homeostatic position it can be extremely painful! Even to take a breath sometimes can be excruciating. The use of k tape helps with muscle memory and also stabilization. I gave some homework to this client as it pertained to his specific need alternating heat and ice ending with eyes no heavy lifting gentle and smooth stretching movements lots of water and an Epsom salt soak. For over 10 years I keep reading it. And each time it’s a new adventure. The depth of this book is endless. It speaks to each and every part of a woman. It showed me that being a woman is not only love, sweets and candy. We honor ourselves by honoring all different aspects of our beingness, the dark and the light are inseparable.
