At thebestME, we’ve been talking about where we strive for love we already have.
Whether we realize it or not, we are all rooted in God’s love. When you go looking for love, it’s so much closer than you might think.
What would your life look like if you stopped having to chase the love that’s already yours?
Share with us at thebestME! We’re gathering every day to rejoice in God’s love, to uplift each other, and to realize that we are already loved, and whole, no matter where we are or who we think we should be.
Today’s a day to celebrate happiness, and what better way to celebrate than with a gratitude exercise reflecting on the ways, great and small, God offers you happiness.
Share with us how God brings happiness into your life at thebestME!
TONIGHT, Wednesday, March 18th, 7:30-8:30 pm CDT, join us for our Biweekly Bible Study at thebestME!
Bring your Bible, your curiosity, your tough questions, and your open heart, ready to hear the Word and learn more about what it means for navigating the real world as a woman, a mother, a sister, a daughter, and just as a human living in the light of the Lord.
Will you be there? I know I will, ready to share, uplift, and learn about God’s Word together.
Love isn’t reserved for a future, fixed version of you. 🤍
God meets us where we are, stays close through the hard places, and calls us His—no qualifiers, no conditions.
Love is a two way street. While it’s often easier to send love out to those around us, it’s our job to accept and appreciate the love sent our way too. Especially that foundational, perpetual love God gives us, all day, every day.
So many of us feel unworthy of love. We’ve been buried in messages of needing to earn love, needing to be more, be better, be everything, to be loveable.
How wonderful for us that we have proof positive that we are loved.
What does God’s Word really say about you, your worth, your loveability?
You are not earning God’s love. You’re already rooted in it.
We don’t grow into God’s love—we grow from it.
You are not trying to earn a place in His heart. You already live there.
Before the titles, the trauma, or the testimony... He loved you.
Before you had a platform, a plan, or a purpose... He loved you.
So many women are fighting to be seen. But what if we paused and believed: We already are. He sees us. He loves us!

On Making Northwest Arkansas Unapologetically Dope
What does being “Unapologetically Dope” mean? It is about not asking for permission to be yourself, not shrinking for others, and resting in your own sense of what makes you Dope! It took me a while to get here.
Here is my story...
Essentially, growing up, both of my parents were addicts. I didn't come from a healthy family. In a lot of ways, this is what has been the driving force my whole life: creating a reality for myself that is the opposite of how I grew up. It's a drive for something that I didn't have, something I so desperately wanted, and something I will never stop striving towards.
Arkansas is where I was born and raised. It's where I said I would leave and never come back to, a place where I left a lot of heartache and pain.
I said I never would, but I came home.
I have it on my heart that I might be uniquely equipped to be able to impact the community for the better. This community.
I think a lot about the life I’m creating for my family. The “inheritance package” or legacy that I will leave behind for my children and their children and so on. This is a lot of what gives me the passion to do what I do, not only as a mother, wife, daughter, but also as a therapist.
A lot of my story has been a struggle, it certainly hasn’t been easy, but again, this is where I find my passion. When asked about the work that I do, there really is no other answer: "Therapy chose me."
My hope is that in our work together, therapy will help you too choose the life that is waiting for you.
