At Northwest Arkansas Animal Urgent Care, we offer red light laser therapy to help support healing and comfort in pets dealing with conditions such as:

🐾 IVDD (Intervertebral Disc Disease)
🩹 Laceration repairs & wound healing
💙 Arthritis, inflammation, and other painful conditions

Laser therapy is a non-invasive treatment designed to help reduce pain, decrease inflammation, and promote healing.

Plus… the tiny goggles are pretty cute too. 😄🐶

This is Patch! Patch came in for not wanting to eat, lethargy and having diarrhea. After some diagnostics we discovered Patch has Cytauxzoon Felis or Bob Cat Fever! Patch has being doing well in the hospital and will get to go home soon!

This disease is caused by a tick biting a bob cat that has this disease! Yes a bob cat, they do not show any symptoms of the disease. The tick then bites the domestic house cat and infects them with the protozoan parasite. This parasite usually causes patients to be lethargic, jaundice, fever and not wanting to eat. The best care for these patients is hospitalized care!

We recently had the honor of caring for Koda as he bravely battled Parvo and we’re so happy to share that he is now healthy, happy, and back to his normal self! 🐶✨

His amazing family stopped by with this thoughtful basket of goodies and a kind note for our team, and we are so incredibly grateful.

Moments like this mean the world to us. Being able to care for your pets during tough times and celebrate their recovery with you is exactly why we do what we do. 💙
