Protecting your child from the sun is key to keeping their skin healthy all summer long! Here are a few quick tips from Bentonville Pediatrics:
1. Apply Sunscreen
Use SPF 30 or higher and apply 15–30 minutes before going outside. Reapply every 2 hours—or after swimming or sweating.
2. Cover Up
Lightweight, long-sleeved shirts, wide-brimmed hats, and sunglasses with UV protection help shield delicate skin and eyes.
