Meet your presenter
Cherie is a Northwest Arkansas native and has worked in senior health care for more than 14 years. She had the honor of being a family caregiver to her aunt and grandmother, so she knows first-hand the realities and complexities that come with unexpected health diagnoses, adults aging in place or the stresses of being a full-time caregiver to a loved one. She is a Certified Dementia Practitioner and is passionate about helping and guiding her local community through education, resources and even just being a listening ear who understands. She currently works for Purview Life and will be providing information about their aging lifecare management services that assist adults & their families with any elder and/or special needs issues. Providing clarity, objectivity, & expertise is our focus, and we also educate on the importance of preplanning and setting up Powers of Attorney. Helping families and individuals navigate through financial, legal, medical, crisis intervention and local resources is our passion.
