March is Women’s History Month.
Women have always shaped our world—but many neurodivergent women have done so while navigating systems that weren’t built with their brains in mind.
For decades, conditions like ADHD and autism were studied mostly in boys, leaving countless women misunderstood, misdiagnosed, or overlooked. Yet neurodivergent women continue to lead, create, advocate, and innovate.
From activists who helped define the neurodiversity movement to authors, researchers, artists, and community leaders, neurodivergent women remind us that different ways of thinking are powerful.
This month we celebrate all women—and the unique perspectives neurodivergent women bring to our communities.
Because inclusion means recognizing that there is no single way for a brain to be brilliant.
