Stressors can damage all relationships. Bluecross /Blueshield sent an email yesterday approving telemedicine and waiving copays. Please utilize mental health for yourselves and recommend it during this difficult time. We have no way of knowing how long the virus will keep us logistically apart. Call and FaceTime instead of less personal communications. We need to stay connected even with social distancing.

We are honored to work with adults, adolescents and children who need short term mental health services.
