Please note: In accordance with our Behavioral Health Policy, all medication refill requests must be made by calling our advice line during regular business hours. The extension for this line is now 105.

Requests must be submitted at least five days in advance. For example, if your child has five days of medication remaining, that is the appropriate time to call and request a refill. If the 5th day falls on a weekend day, please call on Monday. Please keep in mind that same-day refills may not be possible.

A few reminders:
We will be closed tomorrow July 4th for Independence Day!
Dr. Savage will be out of the office starting Thursday July 10th and will return on Monday July 21st. Please have any medication requests or paperwork needed to him before then.

Summer is here!!! Please remember that Medicaid has changed its guidelines for yearly wellness visits and they can be anytime in the calendar year, they do not have to be a full year since your last appointment. If you are currently scheduled for the fall or winter and you have Medicaid, call to get in this Summer instead! Some commercial insurances are the same but you would need to confirm with your plan.

Please note that Dr. Tate will be out of the office after today and will not return until Thursday May 29th. If you need a medication refill you will need to call today to request that.

Updates for the week:

Dr Tate will have admin on Tuesday afternoon. All forms received in last two weeks are now complete but if you have anything due prior to May administrative time, please get these forms in by Tuesday morning.

The clinic will be closed this Friday, April 18th in observation of Good Friday.

Spring Break Scheduling:
As previously noted, Dr Savage is out of the office this week.
Dr Tate and Dr Noble have been mostly blocked this coming week for same day availability for sick, well, and mental health appointments for those who are out of school and still in town and needing to get in. Tomorrow’s appointments available before 3 are now open for online scheduling. If you need an appointment after 3, please plan to call tomorrow morning to schedule.
We will open up online scheduling the afternoon before for next day appointments. Of note, mental health appointments should be 30 minutes unless they are followup telemedicine appointments.

***Spring Break****

Dr Savage will be out of the office after clinic closing Friday and will return to the office on Monday, March 31st. His administrative time is tomorrow afternoon so if you have any forms needing completed this month or med refill requests, please get them to us ASAP.

Dr Tate will be out of the office after clinic closing on Friday, March 28th and will return to the office on Tuesday, April 8th. Her administrative time will be next Wednesday morning, March 26th. Please have any forms in by this time.
