Just a reminder, appointments are available for online scheduling for sick visits (excluding mental health) the afternoon before by accessing the portal.
Mental health appointments require more time and this should be arranged by calling.

Flu shots are in for PRIVATE insurance only right now. We will have a planned Flu shot clinic October 1-8th. Please call to get to get on the schedule! If you would like to come in sooner, please call and schedule a nurse visit.

Please be aware that Dr. Noble is out of the office this week. Her patients will need to wait her return next Monday for wellness visits, and medication checks.
If you are awaiting any paperwork to be emailed back to you, please make sure you are checking your junk folder as we are having lots of people tell us that is where our emails are landing.

Please note: In accordance with our Behavioral Health Policy, all medication refill requests must be made by calling our advice line during regular business hours. The extension for this line is now 105.

Requests must be submitted at least five days in advance. For example, if your child has five days of medication remaining, that is the appropriate time to call and request a refill. If the 5th day falls on a weekend day, please call on Monday. Please keep in mind that same-day refills may not be possible.

A few reminders:
We will be closed tomorrow July 4th for Independence Day!
Dr. Savage will be out of the office starting Thursday July 10th and will return on Monday July 21st. Please have any medication requests or paperwork needed to him before then.

Summer is here!!! Please remember that Medicaid has changed its guidelines for yearly wellness visits and they can be anytime in the calendar year, they do not have to be a full year since your last appointment. If you are currently scheduled for the fall or winter and you have Medicaid, call to get in this Summer instead! Some commercial insurances are the same but you would need to confirm with your plan.

Please note that Dr. Tate will be out of the office after today and will not return until Thursday May 29th. If you need a medication refill you will need to call today to request that.
We will be closed on Monday May 26th for the Memorial Day Holiday.

Updates for the week:

Dr Tate will have admin on Tuesday afternoon. All forms received in last two weeks are now complete but if you have anything due prior to May administrative time, please get these forms in by Tuesday morning.

The clinic will be closed this Friday, April 18th in observation of Good Friday.
