Our snack shelves are almost empty! Can you help? Many of the children in our care have suffered from food insecurity for most of their lives. During their stay at the Shelter, they receive three meals and two snacks per day. This is the first time they have been able to check food off their list of daily worries. This allows them to relax and focus on healing from the trauma they have endured. As you can imagine, with hundreds of children and teens coming through our doors each year, we go through a lot of snacks! Individually packaged snacks like these would be very much appreciated:

Happy Monday Y’all! Nothing beats a traditional, hands on adjustment! It’s my favorite way to treat patients.

One of the things I hear most from new patients “I had the best sleep of my life after our first appointment!!”
