Meet the Doctor
Dr. Brewer was born and raised in the small town of Batesville, Arkansas. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Arkansas State University in 2012, and went on to complete her Doctorate of Optometry from Northeastern State University, Oklahoma College of Optometry, in 2016. During her time at NSUOCO she was honored with multiple awards for leadership and was actively involved with the student optometric association. She has a passion for helping others, participated in several SVOSH optometric mission trips, and is actively involved in her local community health organizations today. Dr. Brewer enjoys working with pediatric patients and was selected to present a poster on the topic at the American Academy of Optometry meeting in 2015. Upon graduation she joined the Walmart team in Monett, Missouri as an associate doctor, and has grown to love the profession even more. Her hobbies include traveling the world and spending time outdoors kayaking, boating and hiking with her husband, Daniel.
