Man…. This team has come SO far! This is Kristen making this post and it’s an emotional one for me. This was my last time getting to coach a team from NWA. To say I am PROUD is an understatement! I have enjoyed more than anything getting to lead all these athletes over the years! I also need to thank all the help from coaches as well! Coach Nickie, Dillon, Mandy, Lisa, Norman, etc. I can not wait to see where our future coach take all of our Special Olympics teams!! Coach Nickie is also leaving and is going to miss our teams sooooo much🥺🫶🏻

Anyways Congrats to our basketball team! Dillon did such a great job training these guys to victory! They played HARD and won more games than they lost which is a WIN!!! Congrats Pathfinder NWA! Y’all are amazing and I will miss you all so much!! It’s not goodbye, it’s see you later 🧡💙🏀🥇🏆

Now that the word is out to our wonderful clients we have some news to share! Kristen Walker (myself) has taken a new position with Pathfinder and will be relocating to the Central Arkansas area! While I am thankful for new opportunities this process has been a roller coaster of emotions for me! I am beyond thankful to have served as the NWA Regional Director for the last 3 and half years! The support of our parents, families, staff and clients means everything to me!! I have developed so many connections here and I’m truly sad to be leaving! These clients have become my world and they deserve the best each and every day! Don’t worry I will 100% be back to visit!

Nickie Clayton our Supported Employment Lead will also be relocating to Jacksonville and taking on a new position! She will deeply miss Pathfinder NWA and is thankful for everything she was able to do and learn here! She will miss all the clients, staff, and parents deeply!

With that being said Sabrina Johnson will take over my roll as the Director! Sabrina is passionate and professional! She will take this position with grace and do an absolutely amazing job! We are so proud of her and excited for her new journey! Morgan Young will be taking Nickie's position and we are also so exicted for her new journey!
