This week in online yoga! Starting with a practice that takes inspiration from nature, allowing us to unfold into our poses and stretch from within, rather than trying to shape our poses from the outside (appearance) in … then an all-floor Gentle class that mainly centers around the plexus chakra, right where the two sides of the ribs meet. Finally, on Wednesday, a look at Shoulderstand — a beginner inversion which stimulates the vagus nerve, helps with asthma and allergies, stretches the spine, and improves circulation among other things! We’ll look at alternatives to this pose that use a wall and/or a yoga block.
