This week in yoga! Monday we will acknowledge the autumn equinox and consider the yoga concept of ‘aparigraha,’ and how it relates to this season (also, we’ll do some side-body work). Tuesday is an all-floor Gentle class, and Wednesday will be a ‘peak pose’ class with Ardha Chandrasana, or Balancing Half-Moon Pose (including tips and tricks if you’re not ready for the full pose yet).
