Schedule change for Sarah's weekly chair yoga classes at Arcadia Community Center arcadiacc.org!

We're switching from 12-1 on Saturdays to 12-1 on Wednesdays. I'm hopeful that this will be an easier day for folks make time for, as weekends in the summer tend to be rather busy for us all!

Class cost is $15 + $3 fee to ACC. For our chair yoga classes, we keep it gentle, easy, and fun! This class is great if you, or someone you know, has trouble with mobility, balance, or is seeking movement after an injury.

Hello friends! Spring is springing! She's tossing us around a bit, but I think it's safe to say we've seen the end of snow for a while.

This makes it a great time to actually get into those New Year's resolutions (remember those?). It's so hard to turn over a new leaf in the middle of winter. Spring is the time of setting intentions, fresh starts, new beginnings...

The last class at 244 Benzie Blvd was a hit this morning. Continue to check KWC website for classes: our instructors have found wonderful new homes. Kindred Waters is transitioning but still thriving. Amelia and Karen continue to offer Craniosacral and Spinal Flow at the "home base". We are forever grateful for the 2 years we had in downtown Beulah.
