There are 3 considerations for your health. 1- What is your lifestyle and what are you eating? 2- Can you digest it? 3- Can your cells use it? Most practitioners, trainers, instructors, dieticians, nutritionists and coaches spend their time in consideration 1. Some are excellent at it. As a practitioner I spend the majority of my time in the second and third consideration. Experience the difference for yourself.

Step one for long term health is not complicated. You will eat less because you are getting the nutrition, the food won't go bad nearly as fast, and it tastes better.

Diquat is banned in the UK, EU, China and other countries. The US has resisted calls to regulate it

I'm not posting this to be political. Since I came of age long before Roe, I have seen the consequences for friends and acquaintances I grew up with.

This is about women's health. The statistics are very interesting. Here it is being driven from the political point of view, but in other countries and at other times, the action is the same.

Abortion bans haven’t stopped abortions, but pregnant people are dying. Is this what the “pro-life” movement wanted?
