We are looking for detail-oriented individuals to join our professional cleaning crews for full-time, daytime shifts.

What a Typical Day Looks Like
• Hours: 8-hour shifts during normal business hours.
• The Work: Cleaning 2–4 locations (homes or businesses) per day with your crew.
• Tasks: Kitchens, bathrooms, vacuuming, mopping, and detailed surface cleaning.
Candidate Requirements
• Reliability: Must have dependable transportation to and from Berea, OH daily.
• Consistency: This is a set schedule, not flex time. Commitment to the schedule is required.
• Attention to Detail: You must be able to follow specific instructions and maintain high standards.
• Documentation: Must have a Social Security Number or Tax ID.
• Language: English is preferred, but not required (ESL classes are available for non-English speakers).
• Experience: Previous janitorial or cleaning experience is a plus, but we will train candidates who are truly committed to the craft.

Living for what we believe: In Colossians 3:23, it says “Whatever you do, work at it with your whole being, as for the Lord and not for men”
Who is your Lord? Imagine whom you hire is working for whom this description might be. This is true whether you believe in God or not; if you believe that we believe, imagine us working for what we believe. For us at Psalm Services, the LORD is One and of most High. When we are hired, we work as though working for Him.
If you want to know why I’ve taken on latest venture, you can find the answer in the said scripture passage. I can achieve this now. I work for no man. Do we have customers? Yes, but what is the true definition of cleaning? “Removing filth and defilement” are most certainly a component. Restoration of a state of purity and holiness is something that goes with it. No matter any belief system, in a place that is holy, there is a need of cleansing. Cleansing is a component of the root “clean.” The PIE root meaning is to gleam or to shine, suggesting an association with brightness and purity.
When you take into count what I opened with in Colossians 3:23, whether hired to remove physical filth or other types of defilement, we come with intent in achieving all.

HIRING - EMPLOYMENT HELP NEEDED

PSALM SERVICES LLC is in need of residential cleaners for day time hours:
• PART-TIME / FULL-TIME (2-3 days per week initially, leading to full time (40 hours per week).
• Seeking help for Residential home cleaning, day time hours - Monday through Friday.
• $20 hour for cleaning time with additional bonus options + trip charges
• Can pay as W2 or 1099 (individual choice)
• Benefit Options including Health Insurance, legal services, paid holidays, bonuses, advancement programs.
• No cleaner ever works alone. Always in teams of two or greater.
• You will drive in company vehicle to all jobs with a team member.
• We supply all tools and supplies
• Experience not necessary, will teach
• English not necessary

A Typical day:
• 8 hour day that would be normal business hours (no weekends)
• Between 2 - 4 homes cleaned by cleaning crew (2 – 3 Cleaners, never alone).
• Kitchens, Bathrooms, vacuuming, mopping, surface cleaning, Etc.
