The vagus nerve connects your microbiome and brain, forever, from birth to old age ☝🏽

If you feel one is off, such as your brain, then it's time to re-think your microbiome makeup. And vice versa.

The way they become disconnected can be through medications, vaccines, processed food, inflammatory diets, sedentary lifestyle, and poor environment (mold, smoke, toxic chemicals) to name a few.

From small tears in your gut lining that can cause severe indigestion that you think is coming from foods attacking you, but really it's eating foods that should never go into your body in the first place.

They cause havoc by increasing inflammation. Basically punching your thin gut lining over and over again until the 'bad guys' (inflammation) get through 🙅🏽‍♀️
