Fruit is one of the most nutrient-dense, fiber-rich foods you can include daily. It’s packed with:
• Antioxidants – to reduce inflammation and protect your cells
• Fiber – to support digestion, gut health, and blood sugar balance
• Micronutrients – like vitamin C, potassium, folate, and polyphenols that fuel your metabolism and immune system

Include fruit in your daily diet to get the most benefits, preferably 2x a day, a handful or more at a time ✋🏽

Let’s change that the Wright Way with food first:

🥚 1 whole egg yolk = ~40 IU
🍣 3 oz cooked salmon = ~450–600 IU
