A moment to pause is a guaranteed moment to chill. Sometimes it's all we need to turn our day around or to just get grounded.

Loud environments, hectic schedules, high expectations, it all becomes too much to carry if we never set anything down.

🧘🏼‍♂️

Take a moment.

Breathe a slow 5-count breath in,
and a slow 5-count breath out.

Relax your shoulders.

Unclench your jaw.

Relax your hands, fingers, feet and toes.

Reach both arms up toward the sky as you breathe in.

Catch your left wrist and side bend to the right as you breathe out.

Do the other side.

Bring your chin to your chest for 2 breaths.

Right ear to right shoulder for 2 breaths.

Left ear to left shoulder for 2 breaths.

Repeat all from the beginning until you find a moment of calm.
