Bedford Physical Therapy And Fitness is proud to announce we are now open with our second location at the Strongsville Rec! We are located on the second floor near the track. We look forward to this opportunity to work with the Rec and provide Physical Therapy, Sports Performance Rehab, Health Coaching, Aquatic Personal Training, and Aquatic Therapy.

Bedford Physical Therapy and Fitness is now offering a state of the art Performance Running Program! Check out our NEW 3D Running Technology to help you run your best and prevent injury. Come watch the 6th annual Guardian Mile on Saturday, July 27th, located at the Hope Memorial Bridge. This event is put on by from 7:20pm-8:15pm. Come see us at registration on Friday 7/26/24 at Market Garden Brewery from 11am-7pm and learn about our running program. Watch some of the best athletes in the world compete. See you there!
