Coming July 6th...New and Weekend Hours!

Starting July 6th Massage by Staci will be open Sundays 8am to 3pm, Mondays 1130 to 6pm and every other Saturday (July 12th or 26th) from 8am to 12noon at my location in Beresford Family Chiropractic.

Do you know what muscle group is my favorite? The Glutes! Butt....hehe, you might be surprised why.

The Glutes happen to be a large muscle group that has its hands in knee pain, hip pain and lower back pain. A few minutes stretching or massaging this muscle group can be the first step to relief. I love this muscle set because it is always a surprise to my clients how much relief they receive.
