What if it’s all already figured out for you?

Most of us move through our days, consciously or not, carrying fear, worry, and anxiety.

Trying to control outcomes so we can feel safer.

But lately, I’ve been sitting with this question:

What if you trusted that what’s meant for you is already in motion?

That everything that’s supposed to unfold is already planned and your job isn’t to grip tighter, but to surrender. To choose faith over fear.

That’s not easy.

Letting go requires trust.
✨In yourself.
✨And in the greater power you believe in, God, the universe, something bigger than you.

I believe the reason we’re here is already mapped out.
✨We just need to be open enough.
✨Quiet enough.
✨Still enough.
✨Trusting enough.

If this resonates, I invite you to pause with me, look upward and inward, and trust that each day is unfolding exactly as it’s meant to.

It’s all going to be okay.

As challenging as that belief can be sometimes,  it’s a choice WE get to make.

Watch the reel.

Take a breath.

And tell me, where in your life are you being invited to let go and trust a little more?

I had planned to film an episode this week, but then recognized the irony of trying to create content about boundaries and rest while completely ignoring my own need for them!

So I'm practicing what I preach.

I'm taking the next two weeks to be fully present with my family. No production, no content creation, no hustling into the new year.

If you’re feeling pressure right now, I want to remind you:

You don't have to earn this season.

You're allowed to rest.

You're allowed to say no.

You're allowed to do less than you think you should.

You're enough. Right now. Exactly as you are.

I'm so grateful you're here and part of this Peace & Plenty community.

Wishing you the peaceful and restful holiday season that you deserve.🤍

Can I talk to the small business owners for a second?

Neither my husband nor I went to school for business.
He studied medicine. I studied teaching.

And somehow, here we are, both small business owners.

I’ve been thinking about this nonstop for 24 hours.

✨ When you’re not operating from fear…
✨ When you’re not hyper-focused on controlling every number…
✨ When you’re actually investing in what you believe in, your people, your mission, your values, something shifts.

Yes, we all want to make money. That matters.

But I’m learning that the essence of a truly successful business is how people feel in your space.

I had two very different experiences over the last 24 hours that made this crystal clear.

👉 One left my girls feeling uncomfortable and unseen.
👉 The other made me feel welcomed, seen, and like I wanted to come back before I even left.

Same economy.
Same world.
Very different energy.

Feeling seen is what keeps customers coming back.

It’s what makes employees enjoy coming to work.

It’s what turns a business into a community.

I share both experiences in the reel and why I believe leading from kindness and respect will always take you further than focusing on the bottom line alone.

So I’m curious….
👉As a leader, business owner, or team member, how does this land for you?

👉As a customer or client, have you noticed the difference in how a place feels when you leave?

I shuffled a deck of questions I'd never seen before and hit "record." 🎬What could go wrong, right? 😅Turns out, when you...

I shuffled a deck of questions I'd never seen before and hit "record." 🎬

What could go wrong, right? 😅

Turns out, when you don't have time to overthink your answers, the truth just...comes out.

Like admitting that even though I have taken them, I have very complicated feelings about GLP-1s.

Or sharing the story of my paralysis and how it played a part in my anxiety disorder.

Or revealing what my 21-year-old has taught me about resilience, that ability to bounce back stronger every single time, even when life knocks you down.

It's messy. It's vulnerable. And it's probably the most honest episode I've ever recorded.

Episode 42 is live now.

What would you ask if you could pull a card from the deck? 👇

“Being present is very different from occupying the same space as someone."

This hit me HARD when I heard it in my ADHD coaching certification class last week.

You can sit on the couch with your family, all in the same room, and still be completely somewhere else.

Doing work. Preoccupied. Thinking about your to-do list.

That's not presence. That's proximity.

Real presence means you're actually there. Focused on those people. On those conversations. On nothing else.

This is just one of the questions I answered completely off-the-cuff in Episode 42, a Q&A where I literally pulled questions from cards I'd never seen before!

We covered:

✨ Where I am on my relationship with GLP-1s (it's complicated)

✨ What my 3 daughters have taught me about steadiness, intuition, and resilience

✨ My actual beauty routine

✨ A story from my childhood I've never told publicly

No script. No prep. Just real, honest answers.

High achieving women have been conditioned to believe that if you aren't hustling, maxing out your calendar or overextending yourself, you're not doing ENOUGH.

And that old-school, "good girl" belief is exactly why we burn out.

In this week's episode, I'm sharing:

→ How I literally FELL into this realization last month 💥

→ How that injury diminished one of the bright moments of the year 😞

→ The pivot that changed everything 🔄✨

→ How to build consistency for your nervous system, not perfection ⏳

The truth? Consistency isn't sexy, but it is life-changing. 🙌🏻

Because I have learned that I don't want a life where I'm hustling through work weeks just to collapse into vacation, hoping for bliss.

I want to feel just as peaceful and grounded on a random Tuesday morning as I do on a Saturday in Paris.

I want joy in the everyday, not just when I finally "get" to rest.

That's what these small, consistent practices give me - a life that feels good all the time, not just when I escape it. 💗

I fell in a parking lot because I was rushing.

The injury followed me to London. To Paris. The trip I'd been dreaming about felt...disappointing.

And I knew exactly why: I'd been ignoring the whispers.

Here's what I know after years of coaching high-achieving women (and living this myself): Your body cashes the checks your mind writes.

If you’re a busy, high achieving midlife woman like me, who happens to believe that 5 minutes "doesn't really count"...hear me out.

5 minutes daily compounds into 30+ hours/year. 5 minutes builds identity, not just intensity. If you really want to make true change and be happy, you have to build the identity of the person you want to become (Thank you, Clear).

5 minutes is actually you returning to yourself and what you desire for your life. And you're building something sustainable.

This is anti-hustle health. This is where the good girl gets rewritten.

Episode 41 drops today and I'm sharing the 5-minute habits that are changing everything❗️
