POV: You thought you were just “freshening up the ceiling” in your chiropractic office… but the house said, “Welcome to 1820, good luck 😅”

I came in confident…Now I’m negotiating with woodwork like: “Can we just call this one good??”

But honestly… not bad for a farmhouse built in 1820.She’s got character. She’s got charm.She’s got… A LOT of edges to paint.

If you need me, I’ll be here doing chiropractic adjustments on my neck after looking up at this masterpiece all day 🙃🎨

Think your core is strong? Let’s put it to the test.

In this Dead Bug Core Challenge, you’re balancing a book and a cup of water on your shins while extending and bending your legs with control. Sounds simple… until you try it. 😅

This drill exposes core weakness, poor coordination, and lack of spinal stability fast—while training your body to move the way it should.

Can you keep everything steady… or will you get the book wet 🙄 (like I did hahaha)?
