✨️ We are thrilled to announce our next annual community day retreat - The Unbound Retreat: Clearing the Path to Growth! Last year's retreat was such a beautiful opportunity for connection, self-reflection, creativity, exploration, community, and beyond that there was no question that we would host another!

🌿 This year, we are offering a two-day retreat, set in the peaceful and nurturing environment that is Peace of Mind! This opportunity is designed to help you identify and release the blocks that are keeping you from making the shift you desire. Whether it’s overcoming self-doubt, fear, or internal conflict, we’ll help you clear the path and take the actionable steps necessary to facilitate the change you’re ready to make.

🌻 In this relaxed setting, you’ll have the space and time to reflect, unwind, and engage in a combination of activities that promote both inner clarity and personal growth. Through creative processes, movement, and therapeutic techniques, you’ll uncover and dissolve the obstacles that are standing in the way of your transformation.
