Because our sessions are by appointment only and we often have to turn others away when we’re fully booked, we have a 48-hour cancellation policy in place. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance so we can offer your spot to someone else — and we’ll happily refund or reschedule you. Last-minute calls or no-shows will unfortunately not be refunded, as we are unable to fill those slots on short notice. This policy helps us keep the cave running smoothly and ensures we can continue offering a peaceful experience to as many people as possible. Life happens, and we completely understand — we just ask for that respectful heads-up when possible. Thank you for your understanding and for supporting our small business.
