This weekend (Jan 24th & 25th) is the Winter Wellness Festival so Saturday's Class will be taught by Christina and held at The Country Inn from 10:10-11:00am. (note the start time on Saturday is 10:10am, and the class is slightly shortened to accommodate the next presenter who will be using the space).
On Sunday (if the weather cooperates) Jamie will be teaching class at the wellness center (previously Rankins) with our normal class time 10:00-11:00am.
Please arrive a few minutes early as we need to start on time and you may need to find parking and get settled in. There will be some mats available for use but if you have your own please bring them and any props you might require.
See you all this weekend!
