Sunshine and Water: Self-care, adequate sleep, good nutrition, and positive social connections are essential nutrients for the mind.
Harvesting the Rewards: What are the fruits of a well-tended mental garden? (increased creativity, better problem solving, emotional regulation, peace)

The Gardener’s Toolkit: Actionable Steps
Weeding: Identify and challenge negative thought patterns
Composting: Turning past mistakes and failures into lessons learned.
Pruning: the necessity of saying ‘no’ to time-wasting activities and distancing from toxic influences.
