• Learn practical strategies for fostering self-compassion
• Practice once-daily a self-compassion exercise, every day for six months (20 seconds per day)
• Complete three online surveys: when you start, and three- and six-months later (about 10-15 minutes per survey)
• Participate entirely online!
• Earn $40 for completing all three surveys of this research study (Over the entire study: 55 minutes total of surveys and an hour total of practice)
