Here is a little introduction from Noah himself☀️☺️:
Nice to meet you! My name is Noah Rosenthal, I was born and raised in the East Bay. This area has always been my home and I am so thankful. Growing up, I loved taking day trips with my family to all different parts of the Bay Area and San Francisco.
In high school, I gained a significant interest in psychology through my AP psychology course. Learning about the different reasons for why we all think and behave in the ways that we do was so interesting for me. After studying psychology in my undergraduate, I knew that I had a passion for helping and building connections with others. This ultimately lead me to pursue a career as a therapist. For the past two years, I have worked in the residential setting, the school setting, and the private practice setting supporting a wide variety of clients with diverse challenges.
My style of therapy is solution focused with an emphasis on building a strong connection with my clients. I utilize evidence based practices such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I am also trained in EMDR (eye movement desensitization reprocessing) therapy.
Outside of therapy I enjoy taking my dog, Hazel, on long walks or hikes. I love watching/playing sports, and all things Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, Marvel, Anime, and Pokémon. I also love all kinds of music, traveling to new places, and trying new restaurants.
