Cold plunging isn’t about testing your toughness. It’s about tuning in and working with your body. For women, this means understanding how your hormonal cycle influences your response to cold.

Most research has been done on men, but women have unique hormonal patterns and stress responses. That’s where cycle syncing comes in.

✅ Follicular Phase: As estrogen levels rise, your body’s resilience is heightened. This is the optimal time for longer, more intense plunges to maximize metabolic and mental health benefits.

❌ Luteal Phase (after ovulation): As progesterone becomes dominant, your core body temperature naturally rises, and your body is more sensitive to stress. It’s best to shorten your plunge time or skip it entirely to allow for rest and recovery.

Starting this month, we’re opening space for communal breathwork sessions, guided by our wonderful breath coach, ! Haley specializes in embodied breathwork, helping you reconnect with your body and find a sense of inner safety.

Our first class is on Wednesday, September 17th. Classes are intimate with only 15 spots available.
