In October (21-25), Madeline Martin and I will be teaching an IN-PERSON Movement Intensive in Novato, CA. Come join us in moving together, co-regulating, connecting to ourselves and each other, and finding deep joy in the midst of difficult times.

As always, please register as soon as possible (at https://www.rosenmethod.com/category/course-schedule). Knowing you are coming ahead of time is immensely helpful to the teaching team. We begin holding the space for you and making plans with you in mind, the minute you sign up! Scholarships are available—just ask.

Come develop your capacity for self-awareness through gentle direct touch, joyful movement and sharing circles.
The Teaching team will explore the essence of Marion Rosen’s understanding of the mind-body connection through demonstrations, shared discussion and supervised practice. The intensive offers the possibility to slow down to the inherent rhythms of our body and to listen deeply to the wisdom held within us. It is one component of a complete training program in Rosen Method Bodywork, and this course is open to both career-track students and those who are interested in personal growth.
