Great news: we have officially enrolled over 500 members of the original cohort!! This is a milestone we have been excited to reach for years -- and with your help, we have made it a reality!

Our next goal is to reach 550. We'll be hosting a raffle once we hit this target!

With this new wave of the Growth and Health Study, we’re trying to get a better understanding of how stress affects health and weight gain. One of our principal investigators, Dr. Elissa Epel, is at the forefront of research on TELOMERES, which are a part of our DNA that indicate how we're aging.
