Haeli's Healing Located in Berkeley and Santa Rosa. Raised in San Francisco, I understand how challenging it can be to slow down and decompress from the stresses of life.

Haeli’s Healing offers specialized massage therapy for women, combining advanced techniques like lymphatic drainage and buccal massage with a holistic, personalized approach. For much of my life, I’ve lived with chronic pain due to scoliosis, a condition involving a curvature of the spine. At the age of 10, doctors told my mother that without treatment, I might lose the ability to walk by the time I turned 24. My healing journey began with regular appointments with an acupuncturist and massage therapist, and thanks to a combination of consistent self-care, exercise, massage therapy, and acupuncture, I mostly live pain-free today. This transformative experience sparked my passion for holistic wellness and inspired me to help others reclaim their bodies and live pain-free lives. I’m currently pursuing an Associate of Science in Kinesiology to deepen my understanding of human movement and rehabilitation. Since August 2023, I’ve had the privilege of working closely with Dr. Mia Curcuruto, a chiropractor, which has further enriched my approach to care and collaboration in holistic health. Alongside my studies, I’m passionate about the healing arts of plant and food medicine and its power to promote balance and vitality. I’m deeply grateful for the kindness and healing I received, and it’s now my mission to pay it forward. Through massage therapy and other holistic practices, I strive to help others find relief from chronic pain and stress, empowering them on their own paths to wellness.
