Looks like we've fixed the issues we were having with our online appointment request system - read below for our apology to anyone who experienced frustration while we were figuring out what went wrong!

We've been made aware that, due to changes implemented by our domain host, emails sent to us using the "Book an Appointment" service on our website were failing to go through. As a consequence, some of you who tried to book appointments with us never received replies when trying to solidify an appointment time.
