This is me demonstrating the Vodder MLD (Manual Lymph Drainage) pump technique.
This is done on the arm (AND the leg with a couple differences) to move fluid toward the axillary (armpit) lymph nodes and terminus.
Then the students break out and practice this on each other with further individual instruction from me, Gay Lee Gulbrandson.
