"Getting a massage with Bhaskar is a revelation. I am a massage connoisseur - you name it, I've tried it. But I have never experienced anything like the massage I had with Bhaskar. His hands are magical, and his touch is, dare I say it? Healing. As someone who regularly gets deep tissue massages, I wasn't expecting to get much out of a light Thai Yoga massage session, but I was so wrong.

Bhaskar's work is like an art. Every single stroke is planned, he never takes an extraneous step or move. Every single move he makes is to massage your body into a relaxed mess on the floor.

In short, this is amazing...a small price to pay for a life changing experience."

We did some nice work in class the other day on the Sen lines of the head. Deeply relaxing...preceded by some work on the spinal column...together - great way to tone down the nervous system...
