Spirals of Life Since my son's birth I have been in deep awe and respect for birth and birthing women. I am a DONA trained doula on my path to midwifery school.

Spirals of Life doula services, childbirth education, placenta encapsulation, Rebozo instruction and Spinning Babies Parent Classes in Berkeley and teh greater SF Bay Area. I am devoted to support Mothers in this beautiful journey and help create the kind of birth they really want for themselves and their babies. I am a certified massage therapist, trained somatic movement therapist, developmental movement therapist, certified in radical counseling and have been a dancer, dance teacher for the past 10 years. I bring all this knowledge of the body and emotional process work to support mothers and babies on their journey through the birth process. It is a great honor to walk alongside any woman who wants my support.
