This story, based on true events, follows a single dad raising three boys in 1980s suburbia after divorce. Itโ€™s a heartfelt, raw look at fatherhood, resilience, and what it means to show up when everything feels like itโ€™s falling apart.

I coach so many high-achievers who never take time for themselves.

They hit the ground running every day. No exercise, no morning routine whatsoever.

You can get away with this approach in the short term, but it's a recipe for stress and burnout.

By taking just 20 minutes for yourself every day, preferably in the morning, you actually work more effectively throughout the rest of the day.

Why? Because you're a biochemical human. You need to get your hormones and neurotransmitters dialed-in daily.

That means dopamine, serotonin, endorphins... all of those goodies buffer cortisol, the stress hormone.

How do you get your natural "meds" right for the day?

Well, it's not rocket surgery, it's the obvious: exercise, gratitude journaling, prayer, sunlight... you know what's good for you!
