Hey sunshine! 🌻 Did you know that those warm, sunny rays can be a bit sneaky? Prolonged exposure to ultraviolet (UV) rays can lead to serious health issues, including skin cancer. This UV Awareness Month, let's spread the word about the importance of sun protection!

⬇️Tips to Stay Safe:

➡️Wear Sunscreen: 🧴 Apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen with at least SPF 30 every day, even on cloudy days.
➡️Seek Shade: 🌳 Avoid direct sun exposure between 10 AM and 4 PM when UV rays are strongest.
➡️Cover Up: 🧢 Wear protective clothing, a wide-brimmed hat, and UV-blocking sunglasses.
➡️Stay Hydrated: 💧 Drink plenty of water to keep your skin healthy and hydrated.
