In Chinese medicine, the Four Guardians represent more than cosmic energies—they also align with specific needling techniques to balance Qi and harmonize the body. 🌿🔥⚪🌊

🐉 Azure Dragon (Qīng Lóng)
💨 Technique: Green Dragon Swings His Tail
The purpose of this technique is to guide Qi to spread and move stagnation, promoting growth & renewal.
