Hi everyone! Just a friendly reminder that UCSF Mentorship Program applications are due this Sunday, February 23rd, at 11:59 PM! This program is a fantastic way to get a chance to understand on a deeper level what it is like to be a medical student, through the eyes of one! As part of the program, AMSA members are paired up with a medical student at UCSF, one of the premier medical education institutions in the world, to learn more about what it is like to be in medical school, and get advice about applications and extracurriculars! Due to extenuating circumstances and concerns about the venue, we have unfortunately decided to cancel the Pre-Health Conference this weekend.

We understand that this cancellation is late and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you; full refunds will be provided to everybody who has purchased a ticket and we will communicate with you once we come to a decision about potentially hosting PHC later in the spring.

Once again, we are extremely sorry about all this; canceling this event was definitely the last thing we wanted to do. However, we hope that this will not discourage you from attending other AMSA events in the future or reflect negatively on the work, planning, and initiative that so many of our amazing members have shown to pursue their passion for health, help organize and promote this event, and make our organization what it is today.
