Being, just really Being, is one of the most precious experiences we can have as human Beings. And yet we are so busy, active, doing, doing, doing….. seemingly running away from this core sense of our selves.

Grounding in your own sense of Being, so that you cannot be pulled out by distractions, social media, external pulls, emotional waves, is core to any real spiritual path.

This is one of the things that this workshop brings, learning to ground deep in yourself, so that you can let go and just Be.

Of course, Becoming your own Being is a whole journey, and it is quite unique for everyone. However, these techniques are practical pathways to journey inside towards yourself again and again, deepening your experience with this centered-ness, the grounded-ness, the real-ness of yourself.

Meditation is a passion of mine and a practice that I have had for 25 years now. It is something so fundamental to the way that I be and move through the world, that I am really looking forward to sharing with a wonderful team and some new folks when I facilitate this weekend workshop, Awakening the Third Eye (ATE) on March 2nd and 3rd, 2024 in Berkeley.
