This 62 year old man underwent upper blepharoplasty to address the hooding of his upper eyelids. A low-hanging lid can impair peripheral vision, particularly in the upper and outer fields, obstructing the field of view and making tasks like driving and reading more difficult. Removing the excess skin through upper blepharoplasty restores the field of vision and refreshes the eyes.

As part of the procedure, .eliasieh addressed a scar on her right upper eyelid she had from a childhood injury. You can see the double fold on the right side in her before photos.
