Happy Earth Day! 🌎🌳✨🤍

Coming out: I pour my period blood on my plants and I’m not sorry about it. 🌱😉

Here’s the thing — menstrual blood is incredibly nutrient-rich. Nitrogen, phosphorus, iron. Your garden is literally out here waiting for it.

The ritual I use is simple:
🩸 Collect in a menstrual cup or bowl
💧 Dilute with water
🌍 Pour at the roots — a tree, your garden bed, a potted plant you love.

And then just… stay for a moment.
Feel the ground under your feet. Share some gratitude. Let yourself be in relationship with something bigger than you.

That’s it. That’s the whole ritual.
You can make it fancy or you can make it simple.

There’s something quietly revolutionary about refusing to see your body as waste. About saying this is medicine and meaning it.

Your cycle is not a problem to manage. It’s an amazing way to sync with the Earth and to offer her something in the way she offers so much to us.

The earth welcomes your connection. 🌙

Today in clinic, I worked with a woman experiencing headaches around her cycle — a pattern that often reflects stagnation + depletion .

Doing so much.
Holding so much.
Not being fully nourished.

She’s been the strong one for a long time.
But now, she wants something different.

Because symptoms are often more than symptoms.
They can reveal the patterns in our lives that are asking for attention.

The body reveals what’s asking to change.

That’s a big part of why I created the 11 Day Nourishment Challenge 🤍

From April 29- May 9 , we’ll spend as little as 5 minutes a day in simple ritual, reflection, and body-based nourishment practices to help you:
* receive more deeply
* soften overgiving patterns
* remember what support feels like in your body

This is a space to practice nourishment instead of postponing it, intellectualizing it, or making it something you earn.

Join for $22

DM me ‘nourish’ for the link or find it in my bio.

I swear there’s a version of motherhood that can turn a woman into a dried-up sea sponge with a planner.

Like… still holding everything.
Still getting things done.
Still somehow operational.

But also:
crispy
touched out
under-nourished
and two minor inconveniences away from disappearing into the woods.

I’m deeply uninterested in accepting that as normal.
I want more for mothers than survival mode with good intentions.

I want ritual.
I want softness.
I want support.
I want the village.
I want women remembering that they are allowed to feel good, too.

So I made something.

How Nourished Can I Let Myself Be?
For 11 days, you’ll practice receiving nourishment in your body instead of postponing it, intellectualizing it, or making it something you earn.

We’ll work with my signature framework:
Land. Release. Celebrate. Pleasure.

It’s gentle, real, and designed to meet you where you are — not give you one more thing for your to-do list but to actually transform it.

It’s $22.

If you want in, DM me ‘nourish’

On our deathbeds, it’s not the emails, the to-do lists, or how “productive” we were that echo back to us.

It’s the way we loved.
The moments we were present.
The times we chose connection over control, nourishment over depletion, truth over performance.

And the beautiful (and confronting) thing is… we don’t have to wait until the end of our lives to realize this.

We can reverse engineer it.
We can ask now:
✨ What would make me feel proud of how I lived today?
✨ Where am I abandoning myself in the name of keeping up?
✨ What would it look like to actually feel nourished in my body, my home, my relationships?

Because nourishment isn’t just about food.
It’s how you speak to yourself.
It’s the pace you move at.
It’s the way you let yourself receive support.
It’s choosing to be here for your life instead of constantly bracing for the next thing.

This is exactly why I created my 11-Day Nourishment Challenge 🤍 How Nourished Can I Let Myself Be?

A space to gently come back to what actually matters — in a way that’s real, doable, and deeply supportive.

20 mins a day • ritual • live support • accountability • gifts for showing up 🎉

$22 to join

If you’ve been feeling stretched, disconnected, or like you’re living on autopilot — this is your invitation.

We don’t need to wait for a wake-up call to start living in a way we’re proud of.

Aries New Moon today — and wow, so much fire in the sky 🔥

Fire within us = action, passion, initiation, creativity… and yes, anger.

Anger gets to exist — it shows us where our boundaries have been crossed.

But when we swallow resentment, when we stay in things that feel out of alignment… that fire turns inward. It starts to poison us from within.

But what if your anger had a soft place to land?

What if you nourished yourself enough that the fire didn’t have to burn you?

This is the balance —
🔥 fire (expression + truth)
🌱 earth (nourishment + support)
🌊 water (feeling + softening)

If you’re needing support + accountability to come back into your body, I’m hosting an 11-day nourishment challenge.

20 minutes a day.
A space to reconnect.
A chance to feel how good it gets.

$22
DM “nourish” and I’ll send the link 💛

Seven years of magic in Pleasanton — some of my most treasured people, my earliest clients, the very beginning of my acupuncture journey.

It has been such a gift. 🫂💕

And in Chinese medicine, we know that releasing isn’t losing. It’s making space for what’s ready to bloom. ✨

So I’m honoring these seven years with a full heart — and letting go with grace.

I’ll be releasing my Thursday hours in Pleasanton and moving to one Sunday a month as I transition.

The energy has been calling me toward my Berkeley clinic and into my online space, and I’m giving it full permission to go there.

If you’ve been thinking about coming to Berkeley or trying a virtual session — this is your sign. ✨

I’m booking 1:1 Well Nourished sessions now, in-clinic and virtually. DM me “nourish.”

And to mark this transition, I’m offering 25% off Berkeley sessions all of May — a little ritual of celebration and new beginnings. 🌸

Thank you, Pleasanton. Thank you, loves. What a beautiful seven years it has been!!

With love,
Jessica

It’s my birthday today! 💖✨🎉🌷

I’m loving my 40’s because I keep stepping more into who I am, letting go of the rules and learning life gets to be fun.

Do you feel it too?

Recently I’ve been reflecting on something I keep coming back to as I step more fully into midlife: power.

For me, it’s been scary at times to feel it in my body, in my relationships, in my choices. But it’s there. And I know it’s in you too.

The kind of power that lives in all of us — the deep grief, the fiery rage, the heart-bursting love, the bubbling joy, the pleasure, the devotion. That raw, messy, unstoppable life force that you’ve been carrying your whole life.

True power isn’t about control or domination — it’s about capacity.

The capacity to feel fully, to love without abandoning yourself, to speak your truth, to hold boundaries, to leave when something is wrong, and to stay when something is right.

Power is about choice.

If your own power feels wild, messy, and scary…
If it hides in grief or rage or pleasure…
If you’ve forgotten how to claim it…
If you want to feel it fully, in your body, in your life…
I’d love to support you.

You can book a 1:1 Well Nourished Session with me and we’ll tap into that power together, uncover what’s blocking it, and help you step into it fully.

Yesterday, my eldest son turned five. 🎉

Five years ago, I became a mother. ❤️✨

In some ways, I’ve always felt like a mother—but this initiation, this act of mothering, has created cataclysmic shifts in my life. It fundamentally changes you. Rearranges you.

Becoming a mom has expanded me in ways I could have never imagined.

Yesterday, I found myself in a full, ugly cry—tapped into that deep, primal instinct to protect him above all else. Witnessing the mirror he is to my own inner child. The boy he is becoming. The way he has stepped into being a big brother.

It is such a miracle to watch our children grow. And it has stretched me far beyond what I thought was possible. Just when I reach a limit, more is asked of me… and then more, and then more again.

The depths of exhaustion.
The edges of frustration.
The well of compassion.
The mountains of love.

There is nothing quite like it.

And through it all, one truth continues to meet me: allowing yourself to be supported is essential if you want to actually enjoy the process.

I’ve done it alone.

In fact, that’s my default. I can carry it all. I can push through. Go above and beyond until I collapse into exhausted resentment. Maybe you know that pattern, too?

But it’s not necessary. Truly. Burning yourself out serves no one.

For me, I’ve learned I need to invest in support. I want space held for me—by someone trained in listening, in healing, in transformation. So that I can return to my life, my relationships, and my motherhood with more clarity, presence, and love.

Becoming a mom has also asked me to radically expand my relationship to self-care—what I deserve, what I allow, how I relate to guilt, and how I open to pleasure. It has been a true masterclass.

This is something I see reflected in my work with Chinese medicine as well: our internal resources matter deeply.

Our yin—those essential building blocks of the body—are non-negotiable. And they require nourishment on every level: mind, body, and soul.

My work has become centered on this: how to stay nourished, even in times of deep change.

DM me “nourish” to explore support.

This morning my almost 5-year-old was so excited about his birthday tomorrow, jumping off the walls.

And my year and a half old was loving the energy, jumping off chairs and getting hurt left and right… I was running around after then, while doing the usual morning hustle.

Breakfast, lunches packed, clothes on — you know the drill.

It was full on chaos.

But when I get to the clinic, I shift the energy.

And I love that I can do that quickly, with the many tools I have. Dancing, tapping, breathing, moving, writing… the list goes on.

In my early days, I would have shoved the feelings and overwhelm down, but I know now that just creates problems and symptoms later.

Because a Well Nourished Woman knows how to feel her emotions and shift the energy.

And with my birthday this week and my natal Full Moon in Libra, it feels like the perfect time to let things move, clear, and shift!! 💃🏻

If you’re ready to move some energy, I’d love to work with you.
Join me for a 1:1 Well Nourished session — in person or virtual.

Deep space holding and transformation awaits.

Ambitious women don’t want to settle for the broken normal.
They want beautiful lives. 🌹✨

Lives where they feel good in their bodies.
Where they have energy.
Where they are in love.
Where they have help.
Where they have time for friends.
Where they actually enjoy their life instead of just managing it.

But a lot of women are living lives that are technically successful…and personally exhausting.

Holding everything together.
Carrying the mental load.
Running households, businesses, teams, families.
Being the strong one.
The reliable one.
The one who figures it out.
🤯😳😵‍💫

And at some point, many women realize:
I don’t want a life that I just survive.
I want a life that feels like mine. 💝🌅

That takes courage.
That takes support.
That takes inner work.
That takes changing patterns, nervous systems, boundaries, identity, and how we move through the world.

And that is the work I do with women every day.

Because ambitious women don’t need to work harder.
They need more support, more space, more nourishment, and a life structure that actually works for them.

🌸 Aries Season Special: It’s my Birthday Month!

So I’m offering $50 off Well Nourished Sessions through April 19

Session price: $175

These sessions combine:
 ✨Subconscious reprogramming
✨Nervous system regulation
✨Coaching / life support
✨A space where you don’t have to hold everything alone

Like you want something to change but don’t know where to start. This is a really beautiful place to begin.

You can message me “nourish” or book through the link in my bio.

Spring is the season of the maiden. 🌷🌿🐣

In Chinese medicine, spring is the Wood element — growth, vision, hope, movement, new beginnings. It’s the energy of becoming, not arriving.
As women, we aren’t linear beings. We are cyclical.
We move through seasons and archetypes over and over again in one lifetime — maiden, mother, wild woman, wise woman — and we carry all of them within us.

You don’t lose the maiden when you grow up.She still lives inside you.

The maiden is hope. She is excitement. She is creativity and possibility. She believes life can still surprise her.
She moves toward what she wants, not just what she’s responsible for.

Spring is a beautiful time to ask yourself:Where in my life am I growing right now?Where do I need more movement? What would feel exciting again? What am I ready to begin?

The Liver — the organ of spring — loves movement.
So this is the season to move your body, change something, start something, go outside, make plans, dream again.

In you want support getting in touch with your maiden energy again, this is the kind of work we do in The Well Nourished Woman 1:1 session.

Shoot me a message with “maiden” to book.
