After your professional dental cleaning, your teeth and gums are at their freshest, so it’s important to protect that clean feeling. Avoid eating or drinking anything dark-colored for a few hours, as coffee, tea, and red wine can cause immediate staining. Skip crunchy or sticky foods that could irritate your gums, and hold off on whitening products until the next day to prevent sensitivity. Gentle care helps your smile stay bright and healthy after every visit. Call us today at (510) 528-4005 to schedule your next cleaning.
