A Transformative Weekend Under the Super Full Moon

This past weekend, I had the honor of diving deep into the emotional currents that flow—or sometimes stagnate (more often than not)—within our fascia and along the meridian highways of the body.

Our workshop focused on a hands-on approach to fascial movement and release, weaving together acupuncture meridians with the spiritual and psycho-emotional connections embedded in these pathways. We explored how these intricate fascial nets surround and influence specific organs, nerves, and structures, uncovering stored emotions and facilitating profound trauma release.

Over two days, I witnessed 30+ beautiful souls courageously step into this powerful work, releasing and transforming layers of energy and trauma. The elevated spiritual energy in the room was palpable, making this experience both humbling and awe-inspiring.

As a practitioner and healer, I am reminded of the importance of honoring my own energy. After an event like this, it takes 2-3 days to fully ground, release what has moved, and avoid taking on energies that others have let go of. This is a sacred practice—one of intention, mastery, and self-compassion.

To all facilitators and healers:
It is essential to ensure we are not holding onto or absorbing what others need to release. Taking conscious, intentional steps to clear and replenish our own energy is an act of service not only to ourselves but to those we guide.

After years of practice, I’ve learned that this process of mastery is not a destination—it’s a daily journey. And I’m deeply grateful for the capacity and desire to continue showing up for it.

Here’s to healing, growth, and showing up for ourselves and others in ways that truly matter.
