Khalil, DDS, MD, and Keith Nelson, DDS, Berkeley, CA, practice a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery with expertise ranging from corrective jaw surgery to wisdom tooth removal. We can also diagnose and treat facial pain, facial injuries and TMJ disorders, and performs a full range of dental implant and bone grafting procedures. Dr. Khalil and Dr. Nelson‘s staff is trained in assisting with I.V. general anesthesia and I.V. sedation within our state of the art office setting. Languages Spoken

Another amazing story of beautiful final results for another one of our amazing patients , from start to finish, our patient trusted us with his care, and we don’t take that trust for granted. Digital planning with guided implant technology, we were able to predict and place dental implants for our patient to walk out of surgery with same day teeth. Our patient healed very well in these last few months and his final results as you can see are beautiful! A collaborative effort from the skilled hands of Dr. Adel Khalil and Dr. Brian Assael! And that is the kind of patient care we strive for from regular extractions, biopsy and bone grafts to a life changing process like this one.
