Terri is down 14 lbs and has lowered her cholesterol by 42 points!! Such an incredible reminder of what true consistency and intention can do. She shows up ready to work every single session and doesn’t let anything stand in her way.

Her calm, steady strength has carried her through to these amazing wins, and it inspires everyone around her. We are so grateful to have her as part of our Fit Body Forever Family and can’t wait to see where this next phase takes her.

🔥 Massive Transformation Shout-Out 🔥Huge shout-out to Juliana and Jack for putting in the work and earning some incredible results together: a combined 15 pounds and 27 inches lost 👏
They get those workouts in no matter what, and some days it’s early mornings, and some days it’s later mornings, but one thing stays the same… they show up and work hard from start to finish.
No shortcuts. Just consistency, effort, and stacking wins week after week.
What we love most is how they support each other and bring great energy into the room every single day. This is what happens when you commit to the process and remain disciplined, even on the days you don’t feel like it.
