This is what my reset looks like 🌿

After a full, heart-filled Yoga Camp…🙏
I wander back to the simple things—
horses, ocean air, grass under my back…
and a little Maine & Bermuda magic mixed in 🐴🌊🌴🌄

A deep breath here💨
a quiet moment there🤫
maybe a horse or two keeping me honest 😉

Still learning that rest is part of the practice too…
and maybe even the most important part 🧡🐴🐴

Current status: Core is burning, heart is full. Day 2 and 3 of Yoga Camp brought the heat with plank challenges and the harmony of partner work. There were a few wobbles, a lot of planks, and even more laughs. Building ourselves up while lifting each other up! 🙌

🧘Today was pure magic at Yoga Camp ✨

From flowing through yoga, getting creative with crafts, relaxing in the salt room, and finding calm in meditation… today was filled with laughter, connection, and brand new yogi friendships 💛
